Pre-RegistrationThe Pre-Registration Fee of $250.00 (CAD) + 15% HST (Goods and Services Tax) guarantees accommodation at the Sheraton Hotel Newfoundland. The Fee will be credited toward the Conference Registration fee when formal registration begins in the New Year.

- The majority of rooms are singles/doubles at $209.00 (CAD) ++
- In addition, the following rooms may be available, pending confirmation by the Sheraton Hotel Newfondland at the time of booking:

- Junior Suites @$284.00 (CAD) ++
++The room rates do not include taxes, currently set at: 4% Tourism Marketing Levy, and 15% Harmonized Sales Tax, for a total of 19%
The Special Room Block rate is available 3 days before and 3 days after the Joint Conference
Please note that the hotel will NOT take reservations for the hotel room block until General Registration begins around the end of February,2024.The only way to Pre-Reserve your accommodation is to Pre-Register with CAPD/ACDP.
The St. John's Annual Conference cancellation deadline is August 1, 2024. Requests received in writing on or before August 1st will be fully refunded (Pre-registration and registration). No refunds will be allowed after August 1st.

++ Les tarifs ci-dessus n’incluent pas les taxes, qui sont actuellement fixées comme suit : taxe touristique de 4 % et taxe de vente harmonisée de 15 %, pour un total de 19 %.
Le tarif spécial du contingent de chambres est offert trois jours avant et trois jours après le congrès annuel.
Veuillez noter que l’hôtel N’acceptera PAS de réservations dans le contingent de chambres avant que l’inscription générale ne débute en février 2024. La seule façon de réserver d’avance votre hébergement est de vous préinscrire auprès de l’ACDP/CAPD.
La date limite d’annulation du congrès annuel de St. John's est le 1 er août 2024. Les demandes d’annulation reçues par écrit le ou avant le 1 er août feront l’objet d’un remboursement complet (des frais de préinscription et d’inscription). Aucun remboursement ne sera accordé après le 1 er août.
